I was hoping there would be something in here about what to do when you’ve shared a treatment with a production company and after they “pass” on your idea, produce a show bearing a striking resemblance to yours. Apparently, putting, “Property of…” in the footer isn’t enough. I’m going to start using NDAs to feel safe. FWIW, the couple times this has happened to me, the shows have totally sucked!
